Steam cooking – the way of the future! Introduction.

Content: This demo session explains the basic principles of steam cooking with V-Zug combi-steamers: regeneration, combi steaming, low temperature steam cooking, etc. in an easy-to-understand manner. The programme functions and culinary uses are explained and several dishes will be prepared. There is no better way to get a first impression of these cooking techniques.

Content: This demo session allows you to discover every aspect of cooking with V-Zug combi-steamers. All secrets revealed and illustrated with a minimum of six dishes being prepared. This cooking demo will appeal both to beginners with some basic understanding of the concept, as to the more advanced.
